kicking the scale out

I am a scale addict! I weigh in first thing in the morning, then after I eat, before I eat, everytime I go to the bathroom, every time I walk by the bathroom, with clothes on, without clothes, after I shower, before bed, the middle of the night....

Ok, maybe not that often. But I do weigh myself probably 5 times a day. It's destructive! When I see a number I don't like I want to eat a bowl of ice cream, and when I see a number I do like I want to go run a mile and follow program religiously.

I'm kicking the scale out of the bathroom! I will now allow myself to weigh in 2 times a week and try to not focus so much on that stupid number.

I know I recently posted some before and after pictures. BUT I found these pictures that I took in July. It was really motivating for me to see them side by side.

Yes, I had a ridiculous sunburn that day.

(Sidebar: it was really difficult for me to include these pictures in my blog. I was, and am, self conscious about my stomach. But, I thought this might help motivate someone out there. I know how much I love looking at others' before and after pictures)

I have 13 pounds left before I will be able to post my FINAL before and after pics!

Bailey: Senior 2010

Meet Bailey. She's a 2010 high school grad. We had SO much fun on this shoot. Bailey is quite the little model. She definitely knows what she wants, she came equipped with all the props and outfits. I hope all my future Senior sessions will be as fun as this one! I hope you like your sneak peek Bailey!
